Our Story

SANIPEX GROUP was established in 1995 to provide high quality bathroom and plumbing products to the Middle East markets, complemented by professional support and service. Twenty years on and we still have the same business philosophy, albeit to a global marketplace, as the international breadth of the SANIPEX GROUP brand expands across Europe, Asia and Africa whilst strengthening its position as the market leader in its traditional Middle East markets.

Success is based on a unique 3 channels to market approach of Wholesale, Projects and Retail. Our products can be found in some of the world’s most iconic hotels and buildings and the highly successful BAGNODESIGN retail showrooms are rapidly appearing in major cities across all our markets.

In addition to being a distributor of leading boutique brands of brassware and sanitaryware, the in-house BAGNODESIGN and AQUAZONE brands are establishing themselves as arguably the most comprehensive range of quality bathroom fixtures and fittings available today.

Our Team

Our key asset is our people who have enabled us over the last 20 years to deliver a solid track record of growth. With the addition of our in-house state of the art training Academy in 2014 we are providing hands on training on both the technical and selling aspects of our products, and induction and business process training to ensure our people are qualified and customer focussed. With unrivalled passion our team ensure everything from the initial sales process through to the delivery and after sales support is done to make buying from us as seamless as possible.

Daryl Barker
Managing Director Team Member

Founder of the SANIPEX GROUP, with over 30 years invaluable industry experience, 20 years of which have been based in Dubai. Prior to establishing SANIPEX, gained experience from working with high profile companies including Pegler (Export Manager), Paul Weil Gulf (Regional Manager) and Eurobath UK (Managing Director).

Calum Stewart
Retail Director Calum Stewart

Calum is a senior retail professional with nearly 30 years retail management experience gained from working with leading, multinational companies across the UK, Middle East and Far East. Calum has a wealth of operational experience and prior to joining SANIPEX GROUP in January 2008, was Store Development Director for the AS Watson Group in Hong Kong where he was responsible for developing new retail brands and store concepts.

Guy Wilson
Managing Director - Trade & Projects MEA Team Member

Guy has over 20 years of international sales and management experience in the industrial and construction sectors in Africa, Europe and Middle East. Guy has been based in Dubai since 2003 and prior to joining SANIPEX GROUP in January 2011, was with the Geberit Group for 10 years, 7 of those heading the Geberit organisation for the Middle East region. Guy is responsible for SANIPEX GROUP’s Project division.

Dominic Coulbeck
Operations Director Team Member

Dominic has over 25 years’ experience in management positions with Blue Chip organizations in the UK and Middle East. A resident in Dubai since 1988, he joined the company in 2005 and is based in SANIPEX GROUP Free Zone Logistics Centre in Jebel Ali, with specific areas of direct responsibility within SANIPEX GROUP.

Vipul Amin
Financial Director Team Member

Vipul Amin is a commercially astute and qualified CIMA accountant from the UK, who has primary responsibility for all aspects of finance at the SANIPEX Group - budgeting, forecasting, accounting. Prior to joining the SANIPEX Group, Vipul served in a similar role at Gulf Greetings LLC, based in Dubai. During his more than 10-year finance management career, Vipul has also worked for companies owned by or operating in partnership with well-known international brands such as Rolls Royce, Daimler, Unilever, Kodak, Hallmark and Sainsburys.

Paul Raynor
Commercial Director Team Member

An experienced Commercial Director with a track record of managing multi-million pound B2B & B2C businesses. Paul has considerable experience in the bathroom and plumbing industry working for leading, multinational companies across the UK and USA. Specialising in operational efficiency and e-commerce development, Paul brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the company.
